📦 Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Earntimes.in — including but not limited to software, eBooks, online courses, tools, and digital downloads — are non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

❌ Exceptions to Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same product.
• The product you purchased is inaccessible or broken, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.

If your case qualifies under these conditions, please contact us with:

• Payment receipt
• Clear explanation of the issue

We will review and respond within 48–72 hours.
